These are well equipped condominiums each with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Kitchens include dishwasher, icemaker, microwave, waste disposal and washer/dryer. Each condominium has ceiling fans and it's own balcony overlooking the bay and the boat dock. The grounds are landscaped and the pool has a sun area with poolside bathrooms. Bisected by the Manatee River, the city of Bradenton lies on the southern shore with the quaint city of Palmetto and historic Ellenton on the river's northern shores. Close to everything, you'll find a full array of accommodations located minutes from the islands, yet close to all the inland pursuits.

The off shore islands of Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and Anna Maria Island are just a short drive away, and Tampa, St Petes, Clearwater, and Busch Gardens are within two hours drive.

Orlando and the Attractions are just 110 miles by way of Interstates 75 and 4.
