Fantastic location. This home is located on an inlet to the Gordon River and is very close to Tin City and Bayfront.  Benefits from a rear southerly aspect with a modern pool and spa with an electric pool heater.  The boat dock make a great sun deck.  The house dates back to 1961 but has been subject to a modernization.  Although not over large (1350 square feet) the house comfortably sleeps 6 people with 2 queen size beds and one double bed.  The master bedroom also has a small room off with a daybed.  No garage with this property.  Boat lift facilities not automatically included but owner will try and accommodate any such request.

This area is also the gateway to the Everglades and is a two/three hour drive to Miami.
