This spacious three bedroomed, two bathroom, home is located along the waterway on the island of Coquina Key, on the east side of St. Petersburg and has it's own boat dock. It is a 20 minute drive west to St. Pete Beach and just 10 minutes north to St. Pete's city centre.

This villa will sleep up to 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier, with ample dishes and utensils to cater for all your guests. The dining and living areas are very spacious and brightly furnished in the Florida style and include colour cable television. and V.C.R. for your home entertainment.

 The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom, with a 2nd colour television. for you to enjoy. Bedroom 2 also has a king size bed, bedroom 3 has twin beds and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the den. The second bathroom is shared by these rooms.

The pool area is ideal for relaxing after a swim and for dining poolside. The pool is heated between November and April and the cost of this is reflected in the rate.

You can fish from the private boat dock or hire a boat and cruise the waterways. The garage is not available to guests. A fantastic holiday home for a family or couples, just a short drive to local shops, museums, theatres and fine restaurants.
