This home has a very spacious living area with two colours cable televisions, V.C.R. and stereo. This home also has a large kitchen with all modern appliances that you could possibly need.

Outdoors there is a large private pool which is heated between the months of November and April and the cost of this is included in the rate. You also have your own private dock which leads out to the bay. From here you have the opportunity of fishing or just basking in the sun. This is a beautiful family holiday home, light and bright and everybody's idea of Florida living.

Clearwater, Tampa, and Busch Gardens are a short drive away, and Orlando and the Attractions are approximately two hours drive away.
