This lovely spacious four bedroom, three bathroom, home is located just across the footway from the barrier island of Manasota Key and is only a short drive or bike ride to Manasota Beach. It will sleep up to 8/9 guests.

The living area includes a family room and formal dining set. For your enjoyment there is a colour cable T.V. and a music and sound system throughout the home.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with access to a shower room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds and share the third full bathroom. A rollaway bed can be rented for a 9th person.

The fully equipped kitchen is complete with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker and ample dishes and cutlery to service all your family. There is also a laundry room with washer and drier for your use.

The large pool with a spa overlooks the rear garden which has lots of privacy. There is also electric pool heating for those cooler months, which is an optional extra.

An excellent choice for a family or group of friends, only a short distance to shops and wonderful restaurants.

This area is a golfer’s paradise with over 30 courses locally.

Manasota Key is a long, narrow key unlike any other in the area with beautiful, sandy white beaches loaded with shells, lush, tropical foliage, and an abundance of wildlife.

This is an area famous for tranquil and unspoiled beaches, and a superb base from which to visit the many State Parks, Everglades, sophisticated Sarasota and Naples. Englewood is easily accessible from U.S. Route 41 or Interstate 75, and Englewood and Manasota Key are located just 35 miles south of Sarasota and 85 mile south from Tampa Bay, 50 miles north of Fort Myers, 90 miles north of Naples.
