This gorgeous four bedroom, three bathroom, home is located just across the footway from the barrier island of Manasota Key and only a few minutes to Manasota Beach. Will sleep up to 8/10 guests.

The living areas are plushly furnished, the family room is complete with colour cable television and V.C.R. and there is a formal dining area for family meals.

The first master bedroom has a king size bed with full en-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed, also with en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and share the third bathroom. You can rent rollaway beds for the 9th/10th people.

The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool through an aquarium window and includes microwave, dishwasher, fridge and all modern appliances, with plenty of culinary aids to assist with all your cooking needs. A laundry room with washer and drier is also available for your use.

The large pool has the benefit of optional electric pool heating for those cooler months. A gas barbecue completes this area with ample poolside furniture for outdoor dining. There are also beautiful trees to the rear of the pool area for added privacy.

This is a fantastic family home for relaxing around the pool deck, yet only a few minutes drive to local shops and fine restaurants.

Lemon Bay, the inner coastal waterway located between Englewood and Manasota Key, offers great fishing, spectacular boating, and a wide array of fabulous recreational opportunities. Some of the many sports available in the area are jet-skiing, paragliding, boat hire, scuba diving, excellent deep sea and fresh water fishing, tennis and of course, golf. This area is a golfer’s paradise with over 30 courses locally.

Manasota Key is a long, narrow key unlike any other in the area with beautiful, sandy white beaches loaded with shells, lush, tropical foliage, and an abundance of wildlife.

This is an area famous for tranquil and unspoiled beaches, and a superb base from which to visit the many State Parks, Everglades, sophisticated Sarasota and Naples. Englewood is easily accessible from U.S. Route 41 or Interstate 75, and Englewood and Manasota Key are located just 35 miles south of Sarasota and 85 mile south from Tampa Bay, 50 miles north of Fort Myers, 90 miles north of Naples.
