Lovely home on quiet canal with your own fishing dock. Sola heated pool that overlooks the canal and gets lots of sun. Master bedroom has a King size bed,TV and shower room with double vanity. Large living room with music system, TV and DVD.Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area overlooking the pool.Two further guest rooms, one with Twin the other Queen, this bedroom also has a shower room that leads onto the pool deck.There is another full bathroom leading from the hall.The home has a laundry room with washer and dryer, fully air conditioned with ceiling fans.Outside on the pool deck there is table and chairs including sunloungers for dining and relaxing plus a Gas barbeque. There are 2 bicycles for use and some of Florida`s best beaches are just a short drive as are many golf courses.

Lemon Bay, the inner coastal waterway located between Englewood and Manasota Key, offers great fishing, spectacular boating, and a wide array of fabulous recreational opportunities. Some of the many sports available in the area are jet-skiing, paragliding, boat hire, scuba diving, excellent deep sea and fresh water fishing, tennis and of course, golf. This area is a golfer’s paradise with over 30 courses locally.

Manasota Key is a long, narrow key unlike any other in the area with beautiful, sandy white beaches loaded with shells, lush, tropical foliage, and an abundance of wildlife.

This is an area famous for tranquil and unspoiled beaches, and a superb base from which to visit the many State Parks, Everglades, sophisticated Sarasota and Naples.

Englewood is easily accessible from U.S. Route 41 or Interstate 75, and Englewood and Manasota Key are located just 35 miles south of Sarasota and 85 mile south from Tampa Bay, 50 miles north of Fort Myers, 90 miles north of Naples.
